Friendly and very good service. Room floor had soap residue. It was slippery and we could improve it by cleaning it with water. Since we only stayed one night we did not complain. Otherwise a very nice place.
A lovely and quiet place on the north coast of Madeira. The rooms are small houses scattered around a lovely garden. There are two swimming pools and a parking lot in front of the entrance. During peak season the parking will not be sufficient but there are enough places to park. The breakfast is serviced in the nearby restaurant, a very short walk from the hotel across the street. The rooms are a bit dated and dark but everything is very clean. Definitely would recommend this place.
This accommodation is located in a beautiful garden with the seeview and mountain´s view. The apartments are simply furnished, the problem is with the humidity, which causes mold and damages equipment.
The stay here was quite pleasant, we liked the terrace, from which we looked at the ocean and the beautiful garden.
I would recommend improving the breakfast offer, every day is exactly the same selection, but I appreciate the fruit offer.

My experience wasn’t the best because it was in winter, off season. We rented a cottage, 2 floors. It was extremely cold! The first cottage they gave us was without chimney or any other heating except little electrical radiator. Then they proposed a studio, with aircon heating. But it was twice cheaper, and they refused to reimburse the difference. Finally they gave us a cottage with chimney and it saved our evening. But we couldn’t take a shower, because the bathroom was on the second floor and the water didn’t go there. Also the bath had a very low roof, i wasn’t able to get in there, and it was dirty (old). But despite it all we enjoyed the garden and especially rosarie very much! There are unique roses, blooming even in December. The breakfast also was very good, both food and service. I hope they will take care of the cottages condition before the season… the place in general is very beautiful.
Nice quiet location with beautiful garden. Spacious clean house/room for two people. Good parking space. Two nice clean swimming pools. Friendly welcome and nice contact with staff. Sufficient choice at breakfast and option for take away 'box' if you want to have an early start of the day.
Our group of 3 loved this hotel. We’re so glad we booked a hire car from Funchal and spent three days here. The property is beautiful and very relaxing. We drove every day to a new location to hike/swim. Thank you from Australia!
